I've taken Vitamin B Complex 100 mg, nearly all B vits in 100mg dosage. I halve the dose by splitting the pill.
I suffer from panic attacks and anxiety. Vitamin B Complex isn't a life saver for these conditions and I actually think at 100mg it makes it worse in my case. I've no idea why.
I have a lot of symptoms of pyroluria and some of over methylation. I havent't been tested for pyroluria but it's relatively simple to take B6 and Zinc to see if it improves my condition. At the moment I'm suffering a nasty throat infection (I get these an awful lot) so I'm feeling anxious and under the weather.
I'm going to continue to take 50mg Vit B complex as I will soon be taking Vitamin B6 (P5P) and it's recommended to always take the full complex along with any single Vit B you may be supplementing with.
