I'm just letting you all know that, after 5 hours of consultation with my new homeopath (yup, the first visit is 3 hours, and since she still needed to talk with me, I sat down with her for another 2 hours), I just started my remedy 4 days ago. After only 2 days, my depression and anxiety came back. I called her today and she said to stop the remedy for now, and advised me to take 'rescue remedy' every 5-10 minutes for one hour. Call her tomorrow, or sooner. After taking the rescue remedy, I felt better! (I didn't know that stuff really worked!) If this good mood persists until tomorrow, she'll want to start the remedy again to see if it follows in the same pattern, and therefore the remedy she picked is working. I have to feel worse before I get better...I'm really glad that I have a very sensitive, attentive homeopath who understands how dangerous my moods can be and how dangerous it may be to make me feel worse first. So far, this is pretty amazing. I'm excited to see how it works out over the next couple of months.
