Beyond that, I can't remember what aminos are taken up by what transporters. I would think a quick 10 minute google search would yield the answers you're searching for.
>Yeah that's exactly what I did last year -- I took a decent amount of Tyrosine (1-2g daily) without any 5HTP or Tryptophan and it totally screwed me up. After over a year of having little to no symptoms of my OCD (Drug free) I started to obsess again and had to go back on medication.
I'm trying to find the right proportions of Amino acids because I hate meds. I'm not too sure though what the corrects amounts are....
I hear L-dopa works better than Tyrosine, and Tryptophan works better then 5HTP. Can anyone confirm?
