I have Nicianamide too, it's supposed to be more effective used as a combo with Inositol and Gaba, there are some supplements with these three together. TwinLab's Gaba Plus is one such supplement. I haven't tried it.
I do plan to try a decent quality Kava Kava supplement, so far I haven't found one that does anything. KonaKavaFarm looks like the place to try.
