I tried rhodiola several years ago, but only for a couple weeks. I don't remember details, but I do remember that I liked it, all except for a frequent urination side effect. I think I remember it worked fast, like in a day or two. I think the only reason I stopped taking it was because I didn't have the money to order more. I took it along with prozac and zyprexa. Herbs can be added to meds with careful dosing. Right now I take st johns wort with prozac and zyprexa, but only in a dosage of 300mg every other day. I kind of like the idea of rhodiola. Glad you brought it up.
