LOL Actually I take Maca to regulate my cycle and keeps cramps at bay, but it's my understanding, from talking to my alt. doc, that Maca is good for men moreso than women as far as libido. I don't notice any taste or smell that I can recall. BUT!!!!! The Damiana stinks to high heaven! I try not to touch it as much as possible, because I DON'T want to smell like it. The good part is that it makes me horny as all get out ..... hope that's not offensive to anyone!
