TMG stimulating? Some people seem to find it so, not sure myself. 1000mg is quite OK.
Folic Acid. Can you get it in tablets on its own? I think in Australia it is available in 5mg tabs on script. 800mcg with every meal is OK.
B6. We forgot this. In order to avoid peripheral nerve toxicity keep doses of this below 500mg/d. (Sounds like a lot eh?)
B12. Do you just take this to prevent anaemia which can be masked by the folic acid?? You won't take too much of that anyway.
B complex. To cover the above B vits.
All of this information is what I remember from the LEF.....www.lef.org. They have protocols there.
I dunno anything about cholesterol and red yeast. I did take the guggul thingo for a bit. There is some suggestion that in aging peple the increase in cholesterol is your body's attempt to counter falling hormone levels.
