I tried Tongkat Ali about 8 months ago to help with low sex drive. I did notice mild increases in desire, HOWEVER I broke out in Acne all over my face. I havent taken it now for 6 months and still have a patch of Acne on my face. Im in my mid twenties so I may be more sensitive to that side effect thatn others.
