Also --major warning-- be certain to discuss any of the current meds available for erectile dysfunction (prescribed, herbal,or OTC) with your psychiatrist(and I so hope you are seeing one who is expert and current on psychopharmacology).Im havent seen a doctor in 4 months. They do not have experience on MAO drugs, This drugs is not available here in the Market. I buy it in the US
You may try taking your dose at a different time. Also,exercise can make a tremendous difference as can talk therapy for any unresolved issues.
