FWIW I had a B12 injection about a month ago, I can't say that it did anything for me. My doctor didn't have a problem with it at all, I asked and she got a syringe. My last test I was already a little above the upper end of the scale for B12 so I'm not deficient either.

Anyway that was my experience.
