Larry,
I'm afraid you are too smart for me to follow in my somewhat depressed state. My poor brain just can't grasp all those ratios, etc. How about if I tell you what I'm taking and you tell me if it sounds pretty good?
I take 3 capsules of the Omegabrite a day. I went back up to two capsules of Royal Brittany Evening Primrose Oil--one 500mg. capsule has 45mg GLA. I also take 3 (instead of the 6 suggested) Thorne Research Basic Nutrients V with copper but no iron or iodine. And I take 1 600mg calcim with D. (generic version of Caltrate 600+D). that's about all I can afford!
Because I have problems with GERD, I take Prilosec over the counter and probably 6-8 Alka-Mints (which are calcium carbonate?) a day. Will the Prilosec mess up the absorbtion of the other things? Or the Alka Mints? The Thorne vitamins is one of the few I don't burb up all day. I have a terrible time with the Bs. I had been thinking I might should add a bit of magnesium to counter the calcium, but I don't want to mess things up. Especially since I am so sensitive to things. Bextra is my only RX for now though I do take Benadryl and sometimes Ambien.
By the way, you mentioned to someone else Omegas smoothe you out. I feel a bit more up and down on them. But that is a plus in that before I was ALWAYS down. I'm guessing that is a step in the right direction.
