That could be the problem right there.

The reason that B12 is so particular is that it increases the demand on other B-vitamins substantially, and you're not taking a full B-complex. Are you in Europe? I think I've just had a discussion about this, above.

Did you try splitting your SAMe dose through the day? You could just be feeling the boost it provides, and it wearing off. It's totally consumed by your body. It's like gas in your car. Put a little bit in, and you don't get too far before you sputter.
