I took one with my thyroid meds and taurine this morning. Hope they mix well.I doubt I'll build up as I've only got one packet.
I was getting pretty depressed over the past couple of days, especially in the evening/night..then I worked out I'd forgotten my thyroid meds in the afternoon
I take THYROID(Armour in US) 3 times a day. I know most don't but they seem to "run Out" in me otherwise. I also time release them over 8 hrs. I'm err different, but I figure our bodies time release them from the thyroid..or more really on demand :-)
I think I'll try just twice a day soon as I'm building up my T4 intake. Then at least I'll remember them better. When I'm at home I have an alarm sound..but when I'm out I tend to forget.
