Ah, so you've tried the Insight CD. I'm just curious: Did it do anything for you? I mean, specifically, what did you notice after using it for a while? I mean, when you say "getting some good," what type of "good" did you get from the Insight CD? Just curious.

> both the insight and holosych cd's in the beginning, but it was short lived and bearable....i took it to be some sort of realignment ? of the nervous system, and after a while it passed and i felt i was getting some good from the insight cd
