Oh it's just on what wev'e been talking about ..the omega3:omega6 ratio.
Also that greens..like leafy salad greens, broccoli have omega 3 too.
Actually I eat a lot of uncooked paes, snow peas, beans, lettuc etec for this reason..and I would guess thay would contain magnsium too..as magnesium is in chlorophyll..gives it the green colour (like iron is in blood giving it the red color)..hope Lar agrees:)Things I've been saying all year basically.
Also does a bit of comparative animal physiololgy..like what animals have which omega3:omega6 balance in their membranes (the omega3, omega6, etc are contained in all biological membranes )..and how those with a higher omega3 ratio have faster metabolisms..and shorter life spans too maybe.Maybe the second video is Ok for you to watch..or at a library sometime maybe.
Pretty basic stuff really, just meant for those of us who hate reading..and reading....especially abstracts.Jan
