> JanCan you get walnut oil there? I don't much like walnuts but I use the oil a bit in cooking. Mostly I drizzle it on cut up skin-on small potatoes which I then cook (microwave, bake or in tinfoil on the grill) with minced onion and parsley. I used to use butter but the walnut oil works just as well for this recipe.
