3 of both the niacin and the omega3 in the morning, for three days!(maybe longer for others) I just wish I had tryed it a couple weeks before, because it was a nightmare trying to come off, So, I would just start taking the effexor again to stop the withdrawel! Finally with the vitamins went cold turkey!
