So I have still been going through the hell which is AD and AP withdrawal and I decided to give SAM-e a shot. I have noticed an antidepressant effect after 2 days at 200mg. My problem has been my brain has been so far out of whack that I don't know if the SAM-e could be exacerbating it or helping it. I know it has already had a benefit in the anxiety/depression arena. So, what are the time results in terms of how long it takes for SAM-e to be fully effective. Also, should I stay at 200 or move up or down? What is the standard dosage? Lastly, what are the side effects?Damn, I seriously fear those synthetic drugs really did a number on me. I really hope this is part if not the whole answer. If not, back to the drawing board.
