I have an inherent conservative streak when I see someone's idea about just what blend of supps should go together. Just who is the "target" person? Do you match that target exactly? I'm inclined to want to sort out my needs, specifically. But then, I am a geekazoid.
Maybe it will be just the ticket for you, and save you months of investigative effort.
The stuff that's in there is a reasonable blend of ingredients. Is there enough of each, to do you the most good? Hard to say.
Do the experiment, if your gut says go for it. Don't be afraid to increase the dose above the label amounts, if you get some response. I don't see anything in there that will hurt you, so long as you don't go too far out on a limb.
