Up until the point when I broke my arm, I was doing roughly month-long stints at the physically demanding trucking, and about the same amount of time at the mental stuff online. That said, trucking is very much a mental thing too. Trucks are satellite tracked, delivery schedules can have windows of less than two hours, the paperwork is deadly, you're planning hours, days, sometimes even weeks ahead of time.

Brain fog to me is 'my brain don't work so good', whereas brain cramp is 'my brain was working, but now it hurts from trying to keep going at what I started'. The latter seems to respond well to taurine. In my case, at least.
