I can't answer for all of these but the ones I know of that are reputable:xxx (associated with xxx abroad) is very reputable. I've ordered a couple of things from them including Picamilon.
iHerb.com - I always order from them and so do a ton of people here at PB.
Beyond A Century - Larry recently recommended them to someone so I would guess that they're very reputable. They have good prices on some bulk stuff but I found their Co-Q10 to be very expensive as compared to iHerb so I'd compare the prices carefully.
SMI2LE.biz - I've heard a bit about them on these boards but haven't ordered from them personally yet. Some really interesting products and good prices though. My guess is that they're legit but maybe someone else who has ordered from them could add more.
I don't know anything about the others you mentioned.If/when you do try the galantamine, please report back. I'd be very interested in hearing about your results.
