All I know is that you can get if from basically any vitamine/supplement store in the U.S. My bottle only cost $5.99! Since the US is generally more restrictive than the UK when it comes to meds (I think), you should be able to find it in the UK without too much trouble.

It does not make me tired. In fact, it makes me **much** more focused and my memory has improved substantially (in just a few days)> I know that's quite a claim, but I stand by it. Also, it doesn't seem to cause the kind of hyperfocusing effect that I would often get with the adderall + klonopin combo

I take the pill form, but it's the gotu kola EXTRACT, which is supposed to be strong.

Nicely written list.
You forgot about 2 supplements. L-Theanine and GHB.
1) L-Theanine - some people swear that this stuff works for social phobia. It didnt work for me though.
2) GHB - great pro-social supplement/drug (in USA:drug) ,very disinhibiting, and makeing one's empathic and veeery social.--

Oh, I've tried L-theanine, not to mention Rhodiola Rosea, Gaba, Inositol, etc.
L-theanine helped somewhat with anxiety, but its effects were not powerful enough for me.
Never tried GHB for legality reasons and the fact that I like to drink on the weekends.

GABA doesn't cross BBB very much so I've read/heard it is not effective. Never heard about Inositol.

And last Q: how did Rhodiola Rosea work?
