P5P B6 is thought more likely to be beneficial to women over 40 who sometimes don't convert B6 as well as desired for their needs

The B12 co-enZ form is the other one tp methylcobalamin.. sorry I've forgotten, but it has different functions to methylcobabalmin

I looked at this product before and it did look cost effective against buying NADH and P5P ..but I doubt if a lot of the coenz forms are needed and you are not getting the complete breakdown of te vitamins...like only one coenz form of B12.
