Hi John,
The best person to talk to is Larry Hoover post a question for him. You need 1 gram or more of epa and in the 1000mg capsules there is usually about 180 mg so I take 7capsules but you also need to take vitamin e with the fish oil. Do a search on this site just type in fish oil - there is lots of info. Let me knnow how it works for you. I know it has definitely helped me!
