Hi,
Do you know of any evidence on L-Theanine increasing GABA brain levels? Or does it interact with GABA(A)/GABA(B) receptors? I couldn't find any studies on pubmed regarding theanine+gaba, although many websites claim that theanine increases both dopamine and gaba levels (the dopamine increase however is well documented, and the glutamate NDMA antagonism effect too). I'd appreciate if you have any sources on this aspect.Take care.
