i use another 'find' from TraderJoe's:
Papaya & Pineapple Enzymes
1 tab=
bromelain 45mg
papain 30mg
mycozyme 30mgi usually take one or two after a reasonable amount of protien. (Or sometimes 'heartburn', too).
