It also said a celebrity was warned by the FDA for a social media post about a morning-sickness drug. However it left out the key fact that she was actually being *paid by the pharmaceutical company* to promote the drug, which is why her act violated FDA rules. It is because she was acting on behalf of the company, thus her post was considered advertising. I am not paid by any pharmaceutical company, nor is Dr Bob, so I cannot see how any FDA rule is being broken.
