Mr. Hsiung,
Your FAQ states that it was revised on July 8, 2014. I have the following concerns and if you could post answers to the following, then I could have better understanding of your rules here.
A. Who did the revision, you or someone else? If someone else, who?
B. What was revised?
C. Why was it revised?
D. Were the readers informed of this change and if so, how were they informed?
E. If readers were not informed, why were they not informed of the change?
