I would not let the children decide the family rules alone, because the parents are responsible for teaching children the difference between right and wrong. I think the children should have have an impact on the rules, but the parents should have the last word.Here on Babble are so many mature and balanced posters that I think it would work with a voting system. What problems do you see with such a voting system for the enforcement of the civility rules?
