Missing post

I got this message in an email notification:
"This is to notify you that there has been a new contribution, "Re: Did abruptly discontinuing ADs make you manic?", to the Psycho-Babble Medication thread that you are following. The new post should be at:
http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/20131025/msgs/1053244.html "
But when I clicked on the link above, I just got this message:
"Error: Couldn't find post 1053244
Couldn't find post 1053244, sorry! Please go "back" and try again."
What has happened to this post? Can users cancel their own posts?
