I'd like chat to work more smoothly again, too. I think the problem is something I don't know much about, though. Can anybody help me with this?
My working diagnosis is that sometimes when you try to do something (your browser sends a request to the server), the server doesn't get the message (it doesn't receive the request or for some other reason doesn't process it). These can be chat refresh requests, but sometimes I think it happens with other requests, too.
Does anybody have any experience with anything like this? Is there some way to make a browser/client do something (like send the request again) if a request isn't responded to after a certain amount of time?
