If the refreshing involves the content in the post that you are responding to, then one thing could be the post where Mr Hsiung states not to post links to anti-Semitic sites, period. If that is one of your concerns, here is the post by going to the bottom of this page and typing in,[ admin,right to laugh etc,5164]
This could be hard to find if it does not come up first. So look for the 5164 in the url and it could be on the second page, or be the first.
To see the statement by Mr Hsiung, count down 15 lines and it starts with,[Are you saying]. Notice that prohibition predated the other post that had the link to anti-Semitic content that could induce hatred toward the Jews. So by the nature that Mr Hsiung had already implemented the rule to not post links with anti-Semitic content, by him allowing he post in question to be posted, he alters his own rule which accommodates the hatred toward the Jews to be allowed to stand.
