You wrote the above.
Now I am unsure as to what you are wanting to mean here. If you could post answers to the following, then I could have the opportunity to respond accordingly.
A. Does anyone know how much time is needed by Mr. Hsiung to attend to a notification?
B. Can the deputy attend to a notification?
C. If so, does anyone know how much time could be needed for the deputy to attend to a notification?
D. If the administration does not attend to a notification, could that be prima fasia of criminal intent if the notification has the potential to save lives if it was attended to?
E. If the administration does not attend to a notification, could that allow one to be defamed, ridiculed, belittled or have other emotional distress inflicted upon them?
F. If a notification is not attended to by the administration, could that allow antisemitic feelings to be fosterd here if the content of the post being notified about could have the potential to arrouse antisemitic feelings?
G. Is it supportive to allow notifications to remain outstanding?
H. Could outstanding notifications allow civic unharmony, whatever that could be?
K. other good and just questions that could arise out of this discussion
