For me the core problem is not the posters.
The core problem is that I don't trust the owner/operator of this site to truly have the posters best interests at heart.(there have been many examples of this)
I have seen no indication that that has changed.
Its not a question of the owner being of evil intent, but that he has his own personal ever changing agenda, and that what is important and real to him. What people here want doesn't seem to matter. Aparently Bob knows best....or what Bob wants, Bob gets, cuz this is his Kingdom, we are merely the expendable serfs.
Many wonderful, coherant, caring, intelligent people were once here, and they warned Bob they would leave, they begged him to change some things, or not do some things, but he didn't listen and showed no remorse at the loss of these many posters who had once made Babble the special place it was. Yes, I am angry about that. Perhaps I shouldn't have been, cuz I am not sure Bob ever really promised us anything. I just think we came to trust that he would listen to us, reason with us,its seemed like he was, but he didn't act on anything. Just let us go, and didn't seem to care. The individuals didn't seem to matter, it was all about the masses...(which never came...)
THAT is MY problem w/this place.
Sorry Bob, but that is my reality.
