Just my 2 mostly-worthless cents....I'm not sure there is an I-statement there. It talks about what you felt admin didn't do, which is *probably:" fine like that, but placing "I had an experience with a poster that caused me to believe that..." in front of an accusation probably does not change it much. It is describing the other person's behavior, not YOUR feelings. I think Bob is looking for you/us to describe OUR stuff and only our stuff, e.g., "I felt upset/frustrated/offended/hurt reading some posts...." or "I have felt hurt in the past seeing the phrasing allowed by Dr. Bob/deputies...." **without** assigning negative adjectives to what "she" "he" "they" "a poster" said or did.
I hope that helps. Of course, it only matters what Dr. Bob thinks, obviously. I myself think it's cool after all this time you are willing to attempt it. The community is better off for the discourse, IMO, and when you are here than when you are not.
