Over the last 20 plus years of torturous self torment followed by healing, "out-of-body" visualisations have taught me to seek goals that improve my quality of life... Inevitably I am seeking a new target "self"; still me, just better...
Please be patient if this sounds toooo glib or toooo "psycho-babbly"... I've been at it so long I sometimes lack words to discribe my passage into this realm...
