Law enforcement has tolerated the importation of non-FDA meds for many years. Honestly, they could care less about your antideperssant, your neighbor's antihypertensive, whether it is FDA approved, or whether it is not. They aren't looking for that. They are looking for controlled substances...stimulants, benzos, opioids, pot, cocaine, LSD, and such. A non-FDA antidepessant will sail through no problem. The package will probably show signs of being opened, inspected, and resealed.
