Mr. Hsiung,
The explanation of part F is that it was not worded as I wanted it to be. What I wanted was to establish as a yes or a no as to if there could be a photographic image of someone that could not be posted, not to actually post one. Since the wording could be difficult, I am withdrawing the request.
