Email addresses access from Registration

Due to a recent happening that has left me feeling shaken I would like to assure email addresses for registration [which could contain identifying information] are only accessable to Dr. Bob as the owner. My understanding is this is true and other posters and even Deputy posters don't have access to this information. Is this right ?
