They can:
1. Do a password reset (assuming they want to keep their posting name the same and it's just a P/W problem):

2. Email Dr. Bob if that won't work/they don't receive a confirmation email.
3. Change to a new name & password, *if* they want a new name ( and post that they used to post under another name on Admin)
