My Babblemail isn't working since 2 months........

Here's what it says to me and others:

Error: babblemail blocked for sender
Sorry, but the sender seems to be blocked from using babblemail. Please go "back" and try again.

I've asked 2 times if my Babblemail was desactivated and deputies told me it was 'fine'. Could you please fix it ?
