I believe it is the job of you and/or your team to coordinate communication regarding any action being taken by you and/or your team - particularly when we are talking about a potentially suicidal poster.
Many kind posters were offering support to Katt. That's our role. Explaining to everyone what, if anything you and/or your team are doing isn't my job, IMO.
