Lou's reminder to the administration-notf

Mr. Hsiung and his deputies,
In accordance with your reminder procedure for outstanding requests, I have not received a reply per the TOS here concerning a notification that I sent a few days ago that could be your rationale for allowing what the notification was as to my concern, or that there is a post by the administration to the one in the notification in the thread that it is in.
