You have posted like that ,[..I don't think that there is a penalty to the reporter other than that notifications from that reporter concerning a poster that the reporter has used 3 notifications about and that they were said to be civil, other than those notifications may not be investigated so that it is safe to use the notification feature here.
I am wondering then if I can use your post here as an authority to use the notification feature without the concern as to how one could determine as to if they have or have not used the notification feature 3 times for the same poster and that those 3 times all the posts were civil.
If I can, then it could not be needed for the administration to post here what the procedure could be to find out about the number of notifications have been used for a member.
