The TOS states that a notification will be addressed either in the thread that it is posted or that the requester will receive an email or babblemail explaining the reason that it is not addressed and allowed to stand.
This came up previously and I objected to having additional terms and conditions added to me by, in that case, having to send the notification again, and it was determined when I refused to do that, that I did send it as the procedure states to do. Now it is my understanding that the notification goes to all the deputies and Mr. Hsiung so that if one receives it, all receive it.
I am unsure as to what you are wanting to mean here. I could make my own determination about that if all the deputies and Mr. Hsiung post here that they did not receive the notification from me. If all post here that they did not receive the notification in question, then I will send it again. Now if not all the deputies post that they did not receive it, then I am unsure as what to understand as to this situation for me here , for if there is a deputy that comes forward and says that they did receive it, then that could mean something different than if all the deputies post that they did not receive it. But if that happpens, then other issues of IMO even greter propotions could arise from that if all the deputies and Mr. Hsiung post here that they did not receive a notifcation from me as in question here.
I am unsure as to the grammatical structure of your statement to me here,[...we do our best..but sometimes one {may} be overlooked...] as to if you have or have not contacted the other deputies and you are wanting to mean or not that they , by your contact with them, if you have contacted them, have not received the notification in question or not since you write the word {may}, which could have the generally accepted meaning here of that it {might} have, but then again it could be understood IMO that it {might have not}, also from the grammatical accepted meaning.If you have not contacted the other deputies, could you contact the other deputies and ask them if they received the notification and either post here or email me as to what you find out? If you could, then I could have the opportunity to make my own determination as to if I do or do not have to send the notification again to receive a reply or to see it addressed on the thread that it was posted on.
