Dinah did expain actually.. The change is that the deputies are not supposed to take action against a poster until another babbler notifies administration. Dinah felt it would cause some problems for her. I wasn't quite what she meant but she thought it could cause conflicts for her. Go back and look at the post where she had communication with Bob.. She explained there. I dont think she is playing with us.
