>> My understanding of that rule as it evolved is that it's three notifications about a single poster. And that after the third notification that was found to be civil, future notifications might not be investigated. I don't think there's any penalty to the reporter other than that, so I think it's safe for you to use the notification button.>>

This means that this poster is probably NEVER going to be uncvil? That is the stance that the administration has taken?

What about an incident where that poster becomes uncivil. They slide?

When the notify button is pushed, does administration know who pushes it?

A possible scenario that could happen is if the administration doesn't know who pushed the notify adm button, things could get to be fun for certain posters. They could push the button three times for their own civil posting and after that their posts could be uncivil and ignored..............

wooooooooooooohooooooooooo. an invitation to rock and roll!

I realize that the phrasing was "might be ignored" and since so much here is ignored, all of this seems a possibility to me.

This is my take on the rule today, I am free to change my mind tomorrow...right?
