I agree that linkadge is very knowledgeable, and it's great to have him around to post. I have to say that I feel that the discussion that got him blocked was offensive to me personally. I have never had ECT and am not even considering it, but the conversation condemned it which might have lead others to feel put down or accused. I worry that people considering it as a last resort would be swayed by the conversation. ECT has side effects, but so do all treatments. It's a risk/benefit calculation that needs to be made, as in every treatment...
Anyways, just my 2 cents. I really like linkadge and his posts, but that one thread seemed out of line to me.
