More serious infractions is the key here, what Phillipa said was so insignificant I'm still not clear why she was blocked.
So many of us state things as a matter of how we talk in real life and not everyone is on the same playing field in terms of how we "speak". Just like some use incorrect grammar, poor spelling, etc. sometimes those things bother me but I understand that not everyone has the same ability to put into words what they mean, it is not as easy for some as it is for others. I know there are some truly gifted in words and since this forum is based largely on this, many here are not seen as serious or educated, or whatever it is. Those things have to be overlooked when it comes to blocking based on a true offense and not just a figure of speech.
"more often than not" is a figure of speech, not a calculated reference to startistical probability.
I don't think this issue is ever going away but at least it has generated alot of food for thought. Uh oh, I said "ever", can I be blocked for that? Talk about becoming paranoid.
