I think her reference to being blocked was in response to her question about having hobbies outside of Psycho-Babble. Previously, Dr Bob got upset when it was asked of him whether he had hobbies besides running Psycho-Babble. So she mentioned that, if there were say 8000 posters, then her question about hobbies could be construed as 8000 separate acts of incivility - one incivility for each of these 8000 posters who might have been offended by her question. I interpreted it as a tongue-in-cheek statement.

I'm not sure she did knowingly break the rules. I think her posts about being imminently blocked were a mocking reference to her question about hobbies.
All I'm saying is that her offence - if what she did even is an offence - was bona fide, not mala fide, and 11 weeks seems a bit steep to me.
